PURPOSE
Verify the accuracy and submission of the data that has been documented, including work orders, asset costing, data from walk-in and call-in clients, and other JW Management paperwork.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Precisely record the initial phase of the cored data (plant maintenance) that passes through the SAP system, then route or assign the work order to the relevant operations manager or foreman.
- Fix data problems in the SAP system so Depots can finish the transaction and raise the standard.
- Help clients that call in or walk in create work orders.
- When the foreman isn’t around to assign work orders, help the artisan.
- Inform the Depot personnel (Ops Manager/Foreman) about issues pertaining to data.
- Point out caught mistakes to Depot employees and help them fix mistakes.
- Engage in data exchange regarding water and sewer with pertinent Departments.
- regular filing of communications.
- As needed, relieve the switchboard or receptionist.
- Provide support to the IMIS Administrator as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric/N3 (NQF4)
- three years of data capture experience
- SAP-related experience
