MAIN JOB PURPOSE

To oversee the front desk of a Fitment Center by offering all customers and staff professional operational support as well as general business advice, all while assuring adherence to the company identity, operating standards, and business processes and procedures. to make sure all internal sales are completed and the right amount of money is collected.

to guarantee that when installing vehicle glass, the highest level of PG Glass service center requirements are upheld. These requirements include those established for Level 1 Service Technicians and Trainee or Temporary Service Technicians.

To give the highest standard of chip repair to both internal and external customers through high-caliber work, punctual delivery, and correctly filled and delivered orders. to always act with courtesy, friendliness, and helpfulness, and to keep corporate vehicles in excellent, roadworthy condition.

 

MAIN OBJECTIVE

  • Handle and follow up on all counter sales (both in-person and over the phone), providing clients with pertinent advise in the most professional way possible to guarantee that all sales are closed, budgets, and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) targets are met, assisting in the expansion of the company.
  • In order to ensure that daily key performance indicators are met and that there are no financial losses to the company, it is important to handle the processing of claims accurately and swiftly by coordinating with the client on the proper excess amount and collecting payment.
  • To guarantee stock control and ordering procedures are followed and clients have the best low effort experience, make sure the finest administrative standards are always followed when executing administration.
  • Use the service center’s scheduling system to maximize Fitters’ productivity in order to maintain the targeted tasks per fit per day, ensuring that the Fitment Center is operating at maximum capacity and managing clients’ expectations.
  • In order to provide consumers with the best level of service, it is important to precisely order stock in accordance with work schedules and buy-out procedures.
  • Adhere to and carry out any additional PG Glass Management task requests that are suitable.
  • Guarantee the greatest level of customer service is provided to both internal and external clients by producing high-quality work, making deliveries on time, and finishing and delivering the right orders.
