The chosen applicants will have to put in 40 hours a week at work. accountable for providing a high-quality, efficient, and effective occupational health service that meets and beyond the needs and expectations of clients.

Critical Outputs

Support to the Business Managers in the Region:

  • Ascertain the scope of the contracts and the efficient organization and execution of all administrative procedures as specified by the finance department.
  • Organize a database of external occupational health care providers.
  • Be in charge of maintaining and repairing any job-related ISO/quality systems.
  • Making sure that ISO 9001:2008 is followed, including through internal and external audits
  • Fulfill all legitimate and reasonable requests.
  • Reach goals and deadlines.
  • Stock is delivered to clinics throughout the region.

Finance Administration

  • Under the direction of the appropriate management, make sure that invoices are processed smoothly for payment.
  • Make that the region’s input data and stock count are compiled.
  • Make sure the clinics’ stationary is ordered and that the right amount is always on hand.
  • Administration of the region’s equipment asset registrations, service scheduling, and equipment calibration
  • Charge each client a price for the services rendered.

Off-Site clinic

  • Assistance to the Occupational Health Nurse and support for the clinic
  • Help with reception tasks by greeting guests and staff and guiding them to the right person.
  • Ensuring our clients’ complete satisfaction through ongoing development and advantage
  • overseeing and preserving the system for filing and archiving.
  • Organize OMP and medical examination appointments.
  • support for daily clinic operations, such as stock and asset control, record keeping, and patient file maintenance.

Human Resource Administration

  • Keep up with the locum database.
  • Help with routine human resources tasks
  • Keep track of medical surveillance and unit training records.

Total Quality Management

Requirements

The following qualifications and experience are required:

  • Grade 12 (matric).
