Introduction

At Life Health Solutions Clinic in Steelpoort, Limpopo, there is a position open for a Driver (Code 08), who will report to the Unit Manager. The chosen applicant will be in charge of providing high-quality, efficient, and effective occupational health services that go above and beyond what clients expect from an occupational health clinic.

Critical Outputs

Establish positive working relationships with clients, both internal and external.

Provide a service of the highest caliber.
regular vehicle maintenance and garaging, as well as prompt problem reporting.
regular vehicle inspections as mandated by LHS regulations and guidelines.

delivering and retrieving items as needed.
transporting customers in accordance with operational agreements.
Perform your assigned basic duties.

Assure client happiness.
Observe all applicable laws and health, safety, and infection control policies, including the speed limit.
Observe all driving laws and guidelines.

Make sure the car is kept up to date and cleaned on a regular basis.
Accurately fill up and maintain trip sheets, then provide them to the line manager once a month for approval.
Maintain thorough records of fuel slips and usage. Send monthly submissions by the deadline to the line manager.

There may be a need for overtime and standby.

Requirements

Grade 12 or Matric
a current Professional Driving Permit (PDP) and Code 08 driver’s license.

An additional benefit will be an advanced driving course.
five years or more of experience in a comparable position (driving).
proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English as well as another official language of South Africa.

able to physically transport goods for delivery.
physically capable of driving and delivering goods.
sober behaviors.

The profile is completed by teamwork, attention, and customer orientation.
The best candidates for this role will be those that are result-oriented, have strong communication skills, show initiative, and can produce high-quality work while cutting expenses.
It will be advantageous to have prior knowledge and expertise in occupational health in mining.
