Candidates with the necessary qualifications are encouraged to apply for the General Worker role, which will be based at the McCain Springs Plant in Gauteng.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

to guarantee that high-quality, authorized bags are packaged in cases in accordance with product specifications. To guarantee that bags that don’t comply are striped and that the goods is recovered so it may be placed back on the line

KEY PERFOMANCE AREA:

• Adopting sound GMP and HASSP practices will aid in achieving AIB Gold Standard Re-Certification.
• Assist in maintaining and guaranteeing 5S scores.
• Inform your supervisor of any product problems.
• Determine which bags and cases are non-conforming and take them out.
• A non-conforming product strip will be added back to the lineup.
• Make sure that all reasonable instructions are followed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric or equivalent
• 1.5 to 2 years of experience working in the FMCG and food industries.
