REQUIREMENTS

  • Grade 12.
  • A certificate in computer literacy.
  • A valid driver’s license is an extra benefit.
  • proficiency with computers (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • administrative and secretarial abilities.
  • robust work ethic.
  • The qualities that make a person successful in the motor vehicle sector include adaptability, communication, assertiveness/leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, office/daily management, strong administrative, writing and typing, attention to detail, and strong conflict and stress management.

DUTIES

  • Responds to all questions, both internal and external, about mechanical in order to reduce complaints and enhance the quality of the necessary services.
  • Makes certain that every assignment given by the executive director, the director of Public Safety & Roads, and the heads of the corresponding sections is completed as quickly and effectively as possible in order to fulfill requests.
  • to guarantee the efficient and successful execution of services.
  • Performing normal correspondence tasks, such as composing replies and returns when needed for future reference with mechanical workshops, constitutes general administrative chores for the Mechanical department.
  • Using a word processor or personal computer, quickly and accurately typing assignments for the mechanical section’s superintendent or foreman in order to support the efficient administration of the division.
  • to guarantee the Mechanical section’s administrative function runs smoothly.
  • Execute any other related Ad Hoc activities and responsibilities as needed or requested from time to time by management (supervisor).
