Job Description
There is presently an opening for a Driver: Light Duty at Motus Honda Eastrand.
This role, which reports to the Manager: Parts, will suit a person who can do all driving responsibilities and help with any other acceptable tasks as needed.
Specific Role Responsibilities
- Gather all parts from clients, other branches, and outside vendors.
- Deliver components to clients, other branches, outside suppliers, and any other location that may be needed.
- Deliveries should be inspected for damage, flaws, missing components, spare wheels, and spanners. Report any findings to the manager.
- Make sure the car is locked and inspect it for flaws.
- Examine the car for damage and overall roadworthiness.
- Perform any additional tasks that the department deems appropriate.
- Inform the manager right away of any traffic infractions and accidents.
- When necessary, put in extra hours.
- Get cars roadworthy.
- When a customer is on the showroom floor, assist them.
- When customers are picking up cars, assist them in finding vehicles.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of Matric
- A valid driver’s license with PDP is required.
- no criminal history

- Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
