Job Description
There is an opening for a Driver: Light Duty at Motus Toyota Bryanston right now.
This role, which reports to the Manager of Services, is ideal for someone who can handle all driving responsibilities and help out with other acceptable tasks as needed.
Specific Role Responsibilities
- Gather all automobiles from clients, other branches, and outside vendors.
- Deliver cars to clients, other branches, outside suppliers, and any other location that may be needed.
- Examine delivery cars for damage, flaws, missing components, spare wheels, and spanners, then report any findings to the manager.
- Verify that the cars are locked and inspect them for flaws.
- Examine the car for damage and overall roadworthiness.
- Perform all additional logical tasks as directed by the department.
- Notify the manager of any traffic violations or accidents right away.
- Put in extra time as needed.
- Transport cars to a roadworthy state.
- Help clients when they’re on the showroom floor.
- As customers are collecting vehicles, assist them in finding vehicles
Qualifications and Experience
- at least a Grade 12 certificate
- A valid driver’s license with PDP is required.
- no criminal history
