Job Description

There is a Repair Shop Assistant position open at Motus Toyota Kempton Park right now.

Specific Role Responsibilities

• to help with auto repairs while being supervised by a technician
• Vehicle parts and units can be removed or replaced.
• Place trestles and jack up cars.
• As directed by the handbook, lubricate and replace the oils (under supervision).
• Wheels should be removed and replaced.
• Take out and replace the oil and air filters.
• Help with all auto repairs
• Assess brake wear, remove worn brakes, and install new ones.
• Perform thorough pre-delivery checks on both new and used vehicles before they are sold.
• Take out and install the batteries.
• Parts that are clean and housekeeping

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of Matric
• A clean criminal record is required.
