Salary: R216 417 – R254 928 per annum (Level 05).

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Having at least a year’s worth of relevant experience will be beneficial.
  • Possessing knowledge of the petition and appeal processes will be advantageous.
  • An additional benefit will be having the necessary expertise in general administration or court-related roles.
  • Having a current driver’s license will be beneficial.
  • Recognizing government secrecy.
  • Competencies and Skills: Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • Excellent communication abilities (written and verbal).
  • proficiency with computers (MS Office) strong public relations and interpersonal skills.
  • the capacity to solve issues and work under pressure.
  • mathematical abilities.
  • a focus on customer care and attention to detail.
  • As part of the evaluation process, each selected applicant must complete a pre-entry practical exercise in order to establish their fitness for the position based on its technical and general needs.

DUTIES :

  • providing the Court with efficient and successful case flow management support.
  • Respond to the questions and messages from all parties involved.
  • Ascertain the appropriate filing and storage of all court documents.
  • Administration of all petition and appeal procedures in a proper manner.
  • ensuring that all pleadings are properly received, processed, assigned a case number, administered, and filed, as well as any appeals or requests for leave to appeal.
  • carry out general administrative tasks
