PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

• To perform operational, technical, and/or shared services tasks in the relevant business sector in a professional, efficient, and effective manner.
• to carry out the responsibilities and tasks assigned to the various roles held within the various business areas
• When appropriate, to be trained in and acquire expertise in the pertinent field of business through an educational program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE:

• Perform expert operational, technical, and shared services tasks to guarantee the business receives top-notch service delivery.
• Assure the best caliber of craftsmanship and prompt completion of all duties allocated.
• Recognize and carry out the assigned responsibilities in a safe, effective, and efficient manner.

MAIN ACTIVITIES OF THIS ROLE:

• Fulfill all responsibilities in accordance with the job specifications.
• Bring up maintenance and hygienic concerns with management for resolution.
• Observe any additional reasonable directives from management.
• Observe business policies, such as those on health and safety.
• Help with duties and activities related to operational and execution support for each business area, including but not limited to:
• Respecting and upholding the established criteria for performance evaluation and productivity
• finishing all administration in accordance with the guidelines
• carrying out operational tasks as directed and under supervision
• Actions that facilitate outstanding job performance and client satisfaction
• ongoing education and training

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, COMPETENCIES:
Qualifications:

• Matric
• TVET/FET certification (in the pertinent field)
• understanding of appropriate general hygiene procedures
• a hunger for lifelong study and development
• a great emphasis on customer connections and service quality
