Responsibilities
- recording overtime and attendance records.
- recording production reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- scheduling the immunization and breeding programs for every location.
- supplying vaccinations to the locations and keeping the cold cabinet for vaccines stocked.
- guaranteeing the efficient transfer of documents to and from the pertinent administrative departments.
- Laundry management to guarantee a seamless transition between sites and laundry.
- Leave forms, sick notes, and absenteeism
- Scheduled job cards (from the system, breakdowns)
- Recording services: from task cards to the On-Key system
- Water and electricity use
- The scheduling of inductions and medical exams
Updating trackers
- Orders of emergency
- On-Key reports are distributed weekly to all Engineering HODs.
- Extra BR trackers
- On-Key job cards are distributed to all engineering staff members every two weeks.
- Reporting on the weekly man-load forecast
- Weekend Bookings for Weekly Overtime
- responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager for AD-HOC
