Role Purpose:
- To offer maintenance artisans general support
Required Qualifications:
- Matric or equivalent literacy and numeric level or N3
Required Experience:
- prior work experience in a manufacturing setting, at least three months
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Fundamental proficiency with computers.
- physically capable of lifting 50 kg of luggage.
- elevated standards of ethics and honesty.
- the capacity to function both alone and together.
- basic familiarity using hand tools.
- labor shifts and overtime.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Perform line checks every day and provide feedback.
- prompt response to failures.
- Perform mechanical upkeep.
- lights in factories.
- Help the artisan assemble and repair equipment.
- Respect safety guidelines and directives.
- Fulfill ad hoc duties as assigned by Mill Management or as needed by Mill Operations.
