Required Qualification:

  • At least a Matric/Grade 12 diploma, together with a related certificate or postsecondary education, would be preferred.

Required Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a comparable position.

Key Responsibilities:

Switchboard/Receptionist/Visitors

  • Visitors, Receptionist, and Switchboard
  • Respond to every call in a businesslike manner.
  • Within the first five rings, answer the phone.
  • Help maintain the reception area’s cleanliness at all times.
  • Make sure employees greet guests and don’t let them wander the offices alone.
  • Respect all corporate policies and procedures at all times.
  • Observe the guidance provided by the management group.
  • Planning and managing projects and events (Do-more)

Overnight express bags/parcels

  • Make sure that any overnight bags or parcels are signed and given to the administrative department.
  • ensuring that the signed documents are received.
  • In charge of the post and tea lady responsibilities when on sick leave, in order to help prepare the overnight bags that are sent to the appropriate clients or departments.
