Role Purpose:
To issue and record stock items for the Packaging and Ingredients store.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric
- two (2) years or more of experience in a comparable setting.
Required Knowledge and Skills:

- Multi-skilledness is required.
- The ability to work under pressure is a must.
- strong communication, listening, and reading abilities.
Key Responsibilities of Role:
- Be amiable and professional when assisting customers at the problem and receiving counter.
- Verify SSR signatures to make sure they are authorized.
- keeping track of invoices and SSRs every day.
- Help with both stock and non-stock item loading and unloading.
- Make sure that every SSR that is recorded is compared to the Inventory Journal printout every day.
- Help with stock counts every three months.
- Ensure that the store area is kept immaculate.
- Fill out GRAs for all repairs and returns.
- Every day, make sure that every stock item is properly and neatly binned.
- Verify adherence to SHERQ protocols.
- Make sure that the RPM’s requirements and Rainbow’s ethical standards are followed.
- Any instances of non-compliance should be reported and/or escalated.
- To facilitate access to trustworthy data and reporting for trend analysis and decision-making, make sure team members accurately and consistently enter data into the information system.
- To facilitate trustworthy business decision-making, provide management teams with pertinent data.
