Are you a determined and eager learner who loves baking and is prepared to take on the working world?

RCL FOODS is pleased to extend an invitation to students who are eager and full of energy to apply for the Baking Learnership Program. We are looking for fifteen students to work out of Pretoria West.

Over the course of the 12-month learnership program, there will be coaching and mentoring that covers the baking process.

Successful participants in this SETA-accredited learnership will be awarded a formal qualification that has been approved by SAQA.

Throughout the course of the qualification, learners will be exposed to the practical work that RCL FOODS and the SETA expect.

Through the Supreme Siyabhaka Academy, we have three main areas of purpose:

to foster and enhance each student’s abilities in order to produce employable young professionals—something that the baking industry as a whole lacks.

To increase awareness of our baking brands as synonymous with “best-in-class” abilities, services, and products, and as brands of excellence and consistency

To lead the industry by improving the quality of professional and in-store baked goods overall, altering consumer attitudes, and fortifying our bonds with customers.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric qualification
• Math (Lit) and hospitality studies are crucial.
• It helps to be computer literate (MS Office).
