Position Overview

To complete administrative tasks promptly, oversee the branch’s switchboard and reception area, and engage with both callers and guests in a courteous and professional manner.

Specific Role Responsibilities

  • greeted all walk-in clients with professionalism and made sure they were attended to.
  • Assist with upholding COVID protocols and screening guests as they enter the building.
  • handling incoming calls in an efficient and professional manner, including accurately taking messages and promptly forwarding them to the appropriate parties.
  • will also be in charge of banking, cash management, and receipting.
  • Make sure the coffee bar and reception area are always maintained neat and orderly.
  • Give correct information to callers and dealership patrons, being careful to stay informed and up to speed on any new information.
  • In charge of making sure all paperwork is typed correctly and professionally, stored, and accessible.
  • General administrative tasks that management may request

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Experience & Qualification:

  • Matric
  • One year of experience in administration and reception

Minimum Requirements:

  • proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Proficiency in the English language is crucial, both in written and spoken forms.
