Purpose of the Job
Logging claims and assisting the different providers with the return procedure fall under the purview of this role. The individual in charge of this role will be required to follow up as needed and make sure the entire returns procedure is finished.

Job Objectives
- recording claims for receipt and storage
- Communicate with suppliers and buyers
- pursuing claims and settling them within SLA
- In charge of handling customer-related inquiries
- Help transfer inventory from the quarantine area back to the warehouse.
- Adjust the stock accordingly.
- Handle credit notes.
- Communicate with the telesales team about any questions from customers.
- Help the provider log claims when necessary
- Help with the upliftment of suppliers
- Investigate stocks in relation to client return inquiries.
- Assist with additional responsibilities and departments in line with operational needs
Qualifications
- Matric qualification
Experience
- one or more years of experience working in a warehouse in a comparable role
- 1+ years of relevant administrative experience
Knowledge and Skills
- extremely proficient with computers, having knowledge of MS Office, email, and other business and communication tools
- Excellent communication abilities; proficient in at least one official language in addition to English
- meticulous attention to detail
- Capacity to adhere to instructions precisely
- Adapts well to changing circumstances and meets deadlines
