SANBS | Clinic Packer

A position for a Clinic Packer has opened up. The incumbent will be in charge of making sure that clinic suppliers, such as boxes, hampers, and equipment, are suitably packed for the clinic’s size using predetermined checklists. They will also make arrangements for any necessary repairs, replacements, routine validations, and/or maintenance.

Key Performance Areas:

• packs and prepares clinic supplies (boxes, hampers, and equipment) in accordance with a predetermined checklist and the clinic’s size.
• makes certain that the equipment is clean, in good operating order, and put in designated boxes or hampers.
• makes certain that clerical and administrative tasks are completed successfully and efficiently.

Job SpecificRequirements:

• overtime under certain guidelines and restrictions, or shift work as necessary.
• The position will require the incumbent to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 14 kg of weight, help load and unload cars, and, when permitted, climb stairs.
