ABOUT THE ROLE / PURPOSE OF THE JOB
In order to improve stability and preserve the sustainability of the equipment, this maintenance operator will support the maintenance team by offering trustworthy and efficient equipment maintenance support while abiding by protocols and codes.
FUNCTIONAL OUTPUTS
- Perform job-specific tasks and checklists precisely.
- Visual examination of the workplace to make sure safety regulations are followed and to report any dangerous situations to a supervisor.
- Use of job-specific software To guarantee that housekeeping standards are upheld, use COPs and SOPs.
- Work productively and well together as a team to accomplish shared objectives.
- Be mindful of how your actions impact the expenses of your team; recognize and implement cost-saving measures.
- Report every action taken on the job.
- Assist the artist with day-to-day duties
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications and expertise required (Must)
- Matric/N3 Qualifications
- Science and Math (Advantage)
- Driver’s license in valid form (Advantage)
- Understanding of the mining sector (Wish)
- twelve months of conveyor plant experience (Wish)
