Minimum Requirements:
- Candidates should hold a Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4);
- It is crucial to be computer literate.
- Experience: 0–1 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge and abilities: SASSA Act, Social Assistance Act, SOCPEN, legislation, policy, procedure & standards, social assistant delegations and procedures, organizational arrangements and awareness.
Key Performance:
- The incumbent will take calls and place them;
- Incoming call registration and escalation, such as recording on the Customer Care Application system;
- looking at it and giving comments;
- updating data on the application for integrated customer care;
- Keep track of and respond to requests submitted to the responsible supervisors and back office;
- responding to inquiries via email;
- To guarantee that client needs are met, educate customers and make direct calls to the appropriate authorities.
