Administrative data management

  • Perform administrative duties that are in line with the company’s policies and procedures and related to an efficient transcription process.
  • In accordance with SOPs and legal requirements, maintain an electronic file system by maintaining correct and easily accessible records.
  • Assist a successful Quality Management System by ensuring correct record management.
  • Collect, arrange, and precisely record current information in the format needed.
  • To guarantee compliance and quality management requirements, transcribe papers, forms, and templates into the necessary document-controlled templates.
  • Keep tabs on the development of project results in accordance with project schedules.
  • To meet the daily goals, continue to perform at a high level.
  • Assemble and provide pertinent management data and/or reports to the appropriate manager.
  • Respect the privacy of all documents and information at all times.
  • records meeting minutes and sends them to the appropriate parties so that project schedules can be delivered.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Involve stakeholders to get the data required for precise documentation transcription.
  • Send completed and authorized forms, templates, and documents to the manager or relevant department for further processing.
  • To guarantee adherence to corporate standards and requirements, coordinate with management to secure approval for assigned work.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements: Work Experience

  • One year of administrative experience, comprising:
  • typing and data collection at a lower level.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency

Minimum Requirements: Education

  • Grade 12
