SUMMARY OF CORE FUNCTIONS:
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of all incoming payments, Accept payments by cash and checks, then manually or automatically generate receipts.
- Record pertinent receipts in the cash draw system. To guarantee that payments are distributed appropriately, receipt stop order payments made by customers into the appropriate bank account for the amount indicated on the bank statement.
- In the stop order register, enter the stop order (ACB) receipt numbers.
- All source documentation that came with payments should be filed.
