Role Purpose

Deliver professional service to clients through various servicing channels, responding to their needs, concerns and complaints within agreed Service Level Agreements and legislative and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Matric or an equivalent qualification
  • 1–2 years of experience working in a contact center or customer service setting (essential)
  • administrative and/or healthcare experience with medical aid (essential)
  • Good verbal and telephone communication abilities
  • superior dexterity and mastery of Microsoft Office

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Resolving member and service provider inquiries on the first call.
  • flexibility to respond to written and/or telephone queries.
  • ensuring that Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Health and the Scheme are not needlessly exposed to financial risk as a result of erroneous information being given to customers and service providers.
  • Assuring high-quality customer service, production, first-call resolution, and suitable follow-up to guarantee that queries are resolved in a way that each individual can effectively contribute to service level agreement compliance.
  • By successfully answering questions from members, employer groups, service providers, and the Scheme, you may keep customers and build goodwill.
  • Having a thorough understanding of and using the workflow management and call center telephony systems.
