Groenkloof National Park is now hiring a General Worker.

Requirements

• Grade 12 is a prerequisite.
• a minimum of one to two years of hands-on garden care experience.
• routine upkeep and examination.
• familiarity with occupational safety and health.
• capable of working on their own.
• Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English
• strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• The ability to use the garden machine is required.
• diligent someone with rudimentary technological abilities.
• Maintain a healthy body.

Responsibilities

• general building maintenance and landscape care.
• Perform technical tasks that fall within the candidate’s scope of expertise.
• Help with additional ad hoc duties as needed by the manager.
• mowing, weeding, and maintaining lawns as needed to keep the garden in good condition.
• car and other tool cleaning.
