The Tourism and Marketing Division of the Organization needs a Sales Consultant. Groenkloof National Park in Pretoria will serve as the position’s base of operations.
Requirements
- hold a post-matriculation qualification in tourism and marketing that is applicable.
- possess one to three years of hospitality or tourism experience.
- It is crucial to have knowledge of telephone etiquette, customer service, and the tourism and conservation industries.
- proficiency with computers.
- Both writing and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Promote SANParks goods to both present and future clients.
- communicating with clients over the phone and over email.
- SANParks policies and procedures should be followed while processing inquiries and making reservations.
- Pay the invoice and make sure the client or customer receives the necessary paperwork.
- Offer more details and start promoting things through cross- and up-selling.
- Maintain high standards for public relations while providing dependable and effective service to foster client loyalty.
