Job Description
Via cross-training opportunities provided by the learnership, individuals will be able to work on both the service desk and the sales floor of a retail establishment. The management of stock and customers will be a major area of emphasis. You must be dedicated to studying and completing logbooks, be ready for examinations, and be deemed competent as a crossed-trained sales consultant in order to succeed in this profession.
