Job Purpose
To deliver comprehensive administrative, operational, logistical, financial, and personnel support services to guarantee the smooth and effective operation of the Multisectoral HIV, TB, and STI Response Programme.
Application Requirements:
- Matric
- A minimum of six months’ pertinent experience in the health or multisectoral AIDS response field
- Proficiency with computers
- Must consent to a background check and allow fingerprinting (at the applicant’s expense)

- Background as an administrative officer;
- Thorough understanding of administrative duties;
- Strong and clear communication abilities;
- Familiarity with regional languages;
- Excellent people skills;
- Sharp analytical reasoning capabilities;

- Capacity to manage tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.
Primary Fuctions :
- Provide administrative assistance to the Multisectoral AIDS Response Management Unit.
- Handle the receipt, documentation, and distribution of HIV, TB, and STI materials for the Multisectoral AIDS Response Management Unit.
- Engage and coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage and maintain records.
- Offer operational and logistical assistance to the unit.
- Keep the Multisectoral AIDS Response Management Unit’s inventory up to date.
