Job Purpose

Application Requirements:
- Matric
- A minimum of one year’s experience in administrative support services
- must submit to a criminal background check, and they must consent to the TMPD taking their fingerprints at their own expense.
- SAP expertise and computer literacy

Primary Fuctions :
- Keep track of the scheduling, inspections, and repairs for fleet maintenance.
- Work with service providers to arrange for regular maintenance and repairs.
- Make arrangements with drivers and fleet controllers to guarantee that cars are available for maintenance.
- Keep an eye on the supplies, tools, and equipment inventory.
- Make sure that tools and equipment are certified at predetermined periods.
- Keep records of workplace health and safety for audit purposes.
- Create reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Make management presentations on fleet upkeep.
