Job Purpose
To provide effective and efficient financial support services to the Water and Sanitation Department
Application Requirements:
- Grade 12 with Accounting or Maths as subjects
- a minimum of six months of experience in a financial management setting
- Knowledge of computers
- Experience and expertise in SAP finance will be beneficial.

Primary Fuctions :
- Get requests to produce a purchase requisition from the cost center owner.
- Prepare invoices from creditors for payment.
- Transfer money across and within cost center numbers.
- Create journals to make interdepartmental payments and correct transactions that were incorrectly booked.
- Help with the finance office’s general financial administration
- Maintain documentation and collect data for the finance office.
- Make sure that all processed payments are properly documented.
- Fulfill ad hoc assignments as directed by management.
