Job Purpose

To execute administrative support services

Application Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Having a post-matriculation degree will be beneficial.
  • Two years or more of relevant experience working in an administrative support setting
  • Experience as a supervisor will be beneficial.
  • A current driver’s license with a Code B
  • Knowledge of computers

Primary Fuctions :

  • Assure efficient personnel administration
  • Make sure new hires are inducted.
  • Respond to all inquiries about personnel.
  • Reports should be followed up on to guarantee prompt outcomes.
  • Assure efficient and successful money management
  • Make sure that financial activities are managed effectively.
  • Analyze the relevant financial policies.
  • Offer effective administrative assistance.
  • Keep any pertinent protocols up to date and make sure all employees can access them.
  • Create a collection of suitable templates.
  • Supervise the section’s purchases of products and services.
  • Supervise the section’s asset management.
  • Make ensuring that initiatives and programs are integrated and coordinated.
  • Make sure you communicate effectively with the appropriate parties.
  • Control the filing system.
  • Manage human resources
  • Plan staff training sessions and handle personnel and compensation issues.
