Job Purpose
To deliver the best possible service in order to offer Emirates goods, including tickets, and solutions, with the goal of enhancing the clientele’s experience and boosting business income.
Job Outline:
- Make sure Emirates customers receive the best possible customer care; give them information about Emirates tariff fares; actively issue online tickets; and sell associated goods.
- In order to give clients outstanding service, issue tickets for Emirates while making sure that all relevant airline policies and procedures are followed and that the customer’s request is fulfilled. Emphasize to clients the legal requirements pertaining to their travel, including those for a passport, visa, and health insurance, as well as other information like the check-in location and time.
- Increase Emirates’ revenue revenues by giving customers choices for all goods and services, including hotel reservations, DBB, Skywards membership, Dubai stopovers, and enhanced tickets.
- Engage in proactive ideation and offer suggestions for enhancing the quality of the services rendered to Emirates in order to secure the airline’s position as a market leader and boost revenue.
- Make sure that all required ticket-related paperwork is filed, timetables are updated, and brochures, sales materials, and promotional items are appropriately displayed on each counter to give customers a variety of alternatives and help boost sales.
- Support the Customer Sales & Service Team Leader on closing the end of day sales and banking cash received. Make an effort to compile a database of all possible clients, and then establish a personal connection with them by notifying them about new services on a sporadic basis. As a result, clients will always come to the agent for their travel needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- Customer Service. Call Centre : 1+ Year
- Matric or equivalent :
Requirements
- 12 years of education, or the equivalent.
- outstanding communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to function in a high-volume sales team setting.
- computer-based abilities to use Windows software, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- familiarity with the protocols and practices of the airline and contact center industries.
- Skywards and reservation systems; standard fares and ticketing classes.
