Value Group encourages young people without jobs to have access to training and education. The learnership program’s objective is to upskill participants and give them a credential that will make them employable in an operational environment related to logistics and supply chains.
Value Group has an interesting opportunity for suitable candidates who are interested in a 12-month learnership programme. The learnership course covers the following qualification – Transport Clerk NQF 4 and will commence on 01 March 2024 and will expire on 28 February 2025.
Learnership Structure
- There will be examinations of literacy and numeracy.
- You’re going to get a criminal check.
- One week of theoretical classroom instruction per month will be expected of you.
- You will be expected to work from 07H00 to 17H00, Monday through Friday, with the option to work overtime as needed.
- Experience at work will take place in an operational setting.
- You will be paid a stipend each month.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric Certificate with 50% pass rate.
- Candidates have to be between the ages of 20 and 29.

- 1 original certified copy of your Grade 12 Certificate.
