For our Cleaning and Hygiene Division, we are seeking dependable, dedicated, and industrious applicants for a number of locations. The purpose of this learnership program is to impart necessary skills and provide candidates with comprehensive knowledge of the Cleaning and Hygiene division.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Along with assigning responsibilities, find chances for cleaning and hygiene and take action on them.
- Finish cleaning chores in the allotted time.
- cleaning as directed by your line manager in public spaces, offices/wards, and other areas.
- Observe the recommended Tsebo hygiene standards.
- Sustain and cultivate relationships with clients and customers.
Skills and Competencies
- vigilance with details
- elevated quantities of energy
- good hygiene and appearance;
- Soft skills (a grin, a customer greeting) and
- strong communication abilities in English.
Qualifications
- a valid Grade 11 report or a Matric certificate is required;
- prior cleaning expertise is beneficial but not required;
- An extra benefit if you possess a driver’s license.
