- The candidate needs to hold an equivalent qualification or a Senior Certificate with Accounting as a topic.
- An extra benefit will be a post-matriculation diploma in financial management or an equivalent degree from a study linked to finance.
- Basic bookkeeping abilities and computer literacy (Internet, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word) are also must.
- Additional requirements include familiarity with public administration, the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Treasury Regulations, budgeting, control over expenditures, and other public finance-related laws. Proficiency in administrative procedures, policy interpretation, and procurement regulations.

Main Dutie
- Communicate with the staff members that need travel plans.
- Compile the monthly reconciliations of creditors.
- source documents being added to the creditor’s records. Accept and handle claims.
- Prepare a payment request. Help with making trip plans.
- arranging for rental cars and flights.
- Verify that the reservations follow the guidelines provided by the Treasury regulations for cost containment.
- aid in resolving audit-related inquiries.
