Job Description
To help with walk-in clients and administrative tasks, we are searching for a proactive, amiable, and multilingual receptionist to join our team at our Johannesburg South branch.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the switchboard
- Help every walk-in customer
- Oversight in General
- participation in weekly meetings
- Ordering and filing stationery
Experience, Qualifications and skills required:
- Matric
- Prior experience in reception or administration would be beneficial.
- knowledgeable about computers
- not a history of crimes
- gregarious and outgoing character under duress
Further requirements:
- Ideally, you will live in or around Johannesburg South and have a valid driver’s license as well as a reliable vehicle of your own.
