REQUIREMENTS :

  • Minimum educational qualification: Senior certificate (or equivalent).
  • Experience: The right kind of experience.
  • Proficiency (information/abilities): Capacity to compile, validate information, and execute precise and systematic tasks.
  • strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
  • proficiency with computers (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • familiarity with support and/or administrative tasks performed in a store or warehouse.
  • administration and support services experience in a store or warehouse.
  • suitable background in managing inventory in a retail or warehouse setting.

DUTIES :

  • Provide the Western Cape Health Warehouse with effective and efficient administrative support.
  • Provide efficient and successful support services pertaining to warehouses.
  • Keeping up with pertinent departmental guidelines, regulations, and procedures and keeping records of them.
