Afinta is looking to add X4 Drivers to their team in Rustenburg. This position’s goal is to make sure that all procedures are followed properly and that commodities are delivered safely to and from both ends of the supply chain.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• three years or more of delivery experience
• valid driver’s license, essential PDP
• Time management abilities are crucial.
• strong communication abilities
• a capacity for pressured work
• should be sincere and moral
• sane practices
• no criminal history

Key Performance Indicators includes, but not limited to.

• Vehicle pre-departure and post-return inspection
• Every Monday, inspection lists must be returned to the dispatch supervisor for approval before a new inspection list is issued.
• Before the vehicle may leave the premises, any mistakes on it must be notified right away.
• Always follow the New Dispatch Loading method while inspecting the packages with the supervisor before loading them into the truck.
• delivering the packages to the customers throughout your specified route in accordance with the trip sheet and route schedule.
• Make sure the buyer follows the POD method.
• Follow the RFC protocol.
• delivering every piece of paperwork and collection slip that is a part of your trip sheet and getting POD.
• Ensure that all paperwork allocated to your name are complete and returned the next day by signing trip sheets in at the POD clerk.
• You will be accountable for any claims resulting from incomplete trip sheets and held liable for any No pod queries.
• There are no stock transfers among client stores.
• maintaining and cleaning the vehicle, and immediately reporting any issues to the dispatch supervisor
• Report to the dispatch supervisor any issues you have with deliveries or PODs.
