What You’ll Do For The Brand:
- Verify that the company’s criteria for the acceptable dress code and health and safety needs are met.
- Examine and disinfect areas used for food preparation, including surfaces and equipment, to guarantee that food handling procedures are safe and hygienic and that specified standards are being followed.
- Examine the food, spices, and other items in the kitchen. suggestions for defrosting freezers as needed.
- Make sure that every kitchen item is stored properly, packed, and placed on the appropriate shelves, freezers, etc.
- Make careful to rotate your inventory and to discard any expired food and classify it as rubbish.
- Food left over from the previous day is divided into serving portions and kept in the right place until needed.
