OBJECTIVE
To facilitate and maintain clear, efficient communication among staff, the public, and stakeholders.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
-Manage incoming calls and direct them to appropriate personnel daily.
-Answer and route calls to the correct extensions each day.
-Address a steady stream of upset customers.
-Report any issues with phone lines.
-Place outgoing calls for staff as needed.
-Greet walk-in customers daily, identify their concerns, and direct them to the appropriate managers.
-Review and log complaints in SAP daily.
-Receive and distribute deliveries to the relevant staff.
-Oversee incoming faxes.
-Record monthly usage for fax and copier machines and submit to the service provider.
-Supervise the proper use of copier and fax machines to prevent misuse.

JOB REQUIREMENTS: ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
-Grade 12 (NQF 4) qualification.
-At least 1 year of experience in an office setting.
-Proficient in switchboard and reception duties.
-Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
