REQUIREMENTS :
-Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent national certificate, no experience needed.
-Experience in court-related functions is advantageous.

DUTIES :
-Set up courtrooms before proceedings, testing and operating recording equipment.
-Record court proceedings digitally and ensure document integrity.
-Offer administrative support in circuit courts.
-Gather statistics.
-Assist with court performance and case flow management.
-Provide administrative support in HR, finance, and supply chain as needed by the Judiciary, Court -Manager, and Supervisor.

-Proficient in MS Office.
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
-Accurate with keen attention to detail.
-Capable of working under pressure.
-Committed to customer service.
-Skilled in document management and operating DCRS/CRT machines.
