Minimum Requirements
-Senior certificate
-0-1 years of work experience
-Computer literacy
-Valid driver’s license (driving required)
Duties
-Maintain logbook for pool vehicles and ensure their maintenance
-Update relevant registers
-Manage and regularly update asset register
-Verify completeness of leave forms and HR documents
-Maintain filing system aligned with SASSA’s master file plan
-Open and close files
-Represent Local Office in meetings, forums, and committees
-Assist in organizing meetings, special events, or awareness campaigns
-Source quotations when needed
-Prepare motivations and Comparative Schedules
-Submit documents to District/Regional Office for approval
-Order items
-Receive, inspect, and record items per delivery notes
-Arrange invoice payments
-Ensure compliance with Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3)
