Brief Description
The primary role is to perform live-in housekeeping duties at the residence of the Governor of the South African Reserve Bank.

Detailed Description
-The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key performance areas:
-Efficiently complete assigned tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, inventory management, supply stocking, and reporting concerns, within set timeframes and standards.
-Prepare and serve food and beverages for residents and guests.
-Order food ingredients and cleaning supplies promptly.
-Maintain courteous and service-oriented interactions with visitors to the Governor’s residence.
-Foster positive relationships with team members and stakeholders to support effective collaboration.
-Understand and align personal contributions with the broader service delivery goals of the residence.
-Adapt enthusiastically to improve work processes.

Qualifications

Job Requirements
-To be considered, candidates must have:
-A Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification.
-At least one year of experience in executive housekeeping within a hospitality environment.

Additional Requirements
-Knowledge of food hygiene, health, and safety.
-Skills in planning and performing household chores.
-Proficiency in food and beverage preparation and serving.
-Familiarity with hospitality utensils, tools, and equipment.
-Experience in events management and managing hospitality stock and inventory.
-Problem-solving abilities.
-Understanding of food and beverage service etiquette.
-Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office suite).
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
