Job Purpose
To deliver receptionist and administrative support by welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, and performing administrative and reception tasks.

Application Requirements
-Grade 12 qualification
-Minimum of one year’s experience in administrative support
-Valid Code B driver’s license (advantageous)
-Computer proficiency
-Must undergo vetting, including fingerprinting (at applicant’s expense)

Primary Functions
-Ensure efficient and accurate daily administrative operations
-Perform typing tasks
-Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, distributing and collecting as needed
-Arrange visitor parking
-Greet clients and ensure relevant staff are prepared to meet them
-Book meeting rooms as required
-Make photocopies
-Retrieve files or information from the Registration Section as requested
-Handle correspondence from support services
-Conduct routine daily computer tasks
-Answer calls for senior personnel when necessary
-Take meeting minutes upon request
